I am about to adopt a 1 yr old female yorkie for $300. The owner is stating she has allergies and they have changed her diet. They think she is allergic to something in their home. (They think their birds). Does that sound logical or am I going to be adopting a dog that could have allergies for the rest of her life? What questions should I ask? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to pass her up as she is the same size and age as my little man Taz.
