I think I would find another attorney. I think that claUSE IN AND OF ITSELF IS ILLEGAL. tHAT IS LIKE SIGNING A BLANK CONTRACT. I just don't think it is legal in any contract to state that the contract can be changed at any time.
I think I would let them evict you, they cannot force you to pay the $6000 fine if they evict you which is basiclally letting you out of your lease
