You're a good friend. I'm surprised it gives a phone number. Most scams give an e-mail address and want you to wire money. Tell her to never wire money, and never meet anyone at a neutral spot to purchase a dog like this. One woman wrote in and said she was robbed while meeting the seller of a puppy in a grocery store parking lot; they had wanted cash. These scammers usually pick a price, that people find hard to resist, it's usually below $500.00.
