not all yorkies have those health issues... but it is one of those things that is common in Yorkies... but Yorkies will love you and cuddle with you... they are just like kids... lol they are worth EVERY penny!!! I dont think I have EVER LOVED any other dog as much as I love my baby Gracie... but i guess its up to you... if you are willing to take the risk...
I say go for it!!! you will NEVER regret if you choose a Yorkie...
