you might want to cut the hole then. just be sure to change it often so it's not dirty against her insicion.
Maybe your girl will be like Donna's (yorkiedaze) but i kept a onesie on Layla every night until they were out.. during the day i could watch her and they itched her so i knew at night i couldn't watch her and didn't want to wake up to a mess !
