On the other questions....
Do you know what she weighs? Usually food portions are determined by the dog's weight. A yorkie between 5 -10 pounds is generally given 1/3 to 1/2 cup of food daily. That's a reference for kibble. Canned is fine...just make sure it's good quality food. Check the label for serving. Some here do home cook for their dogs. You may want to search for threads on that for information.
Bathing - I usually bath mine weekly unless there is a need to wash them again. Cutting their hair is really a personal preference....if you have the time and don't mind the maintenance required for a longer coat...it's really up to you. My get summer cuts simply because it is very hot here in the summer.
