You'd have to find out depending on which country, many have different requirements. I flew to Portugal and had to have paperwork filled out by the consolates (sp?) office, health paperwork from my vet, rabies proof etc. Some have quarantine issues. Inside the US in cabin..just a health cert. from your vet. |
