She needs to see a vet.
She has a higher risk of something we don't even want to think about
and hard it not good... I'm sorry you have to deal with this.
Ellie was getting tiny bumps in between her nipples but the vet said they were really too small to test and I had her spayed and they went away. So it may not be bad but it does not sound good.
