i was scratching mika's stomach today, and i noticed she has a little lump on the left side of her stomach. it was never there before, because i think i would have noticed it. it's reallyyy small, maybe the size of half of a penny, but it's still enough to scare me. she's nine years old, so she's an older yorkie. do any of you knwo what this might be? my mind is thinking the worst, like a tumor or something, but i'm hoping it could be something that won't hurt her
