I wonder if she's losing some baby teeth and that causing the problem? Sometimes if they don't lose the teeth the double row of teeth can cause food built-up and odor problems. I do the things you do, except for grinding his food, and the only other thing I do is give him bully sticks, Joey's breath smells good, unless he has one of these in his mouth.
