Parvo lives on surfaces. I'd highly recommend bleaching the soles of whatever footwear she wore...and cleaning anything she'd taken with her.
I don't know if it's possible to transmit from her hands because I'm not certain the virus can survive there. I think I'd call the vet's office and ask what they recommended as whether further disinfecting the house is necessary.
I'm sorry their new puppy is sick and hope they caught it in time.
