That is a very difficult decision, I am so sorry you are in this situation.

just follow your heart and your head, only you can decide what's best for you. If you already attached to the dog, then I would say keep it and try get her better. Kennel cough is curable so hopefully it is only that and she will get better. If the vet finds other things wrong with her that could just be a sign that the breeder is a bad breeder and you should not support them any longer by getting another dog from her. So if you do decide to get another puppy, I would so to go with a different breeder. A breeder that has so many different breeds available is a sign that it may be a puppy mill.
