My puppy is 10 weeks old and she only wakes me up once around 230, then goes till around 7 or 8 when we are going to bed between 11-1230 each night. Make sure to always put your puppy's water up a few hours before bedtime, that's what I do and it works pretty well. I put hers up around 8 every night, so by the end of the night her bladder is freshly empty
