I don't get the size thing either. I was shocked at how small some yorkies were when I was first looking at getting a puppy. Both their actual weight and their projected weight.
Now that I have Bella, I don't care how big or small she will be. Just as long as she's healthy and happy thats all that matters. whether she's considered/called teacup/standard or teapot - which I had never heard until I came on here.
I snuck Bella into Target when I first got her to get her carrier and the manager of the store came over because she had Yorkies. She asked how old she was and then made the comment "oh she'll be a little bit then". I had never heard that term and I said excuse me. She explained that a "little bit" is between a teacup and a standard. I told her that all of those terms were incorrect and there are just Yorkies. She wasn't very pleased with me, but oh well
