I think this is normal. Dogs body temp is higher than ours. I read this somewhere before I got Tini. She is always warm to my touch. As far as their nose being cold/wet all the time, that is not the case. Tini's nose is usually dry at different times during the day, like when she is sleeping or just woke up. I bet that your Lexi's nose is cold/wet sometimes, you just don't happen to check then. I remember I freaked out the first time I noticed Tini's nose wasn't cold/wet. Then I searched on the internet and found out it was normal. I guess this assumes she is not having any other issues of course. If your vet doesn't think there is a problem then you are fine.
