Charlie is ONE year old. He just can't seem to help himself. Whenever he sees anyone NEW, or when I call his name, and he hasn't seen me for awhile, he just Pees everywhere. I have tried not making eye contact, using a different tone of voice, ignoring him, all of the helps I've been able to find. But, nothing works. I've had to resort to making him wear his "big boy panties" whenever we go out in public. Any other options?
