I will never understand why a person would tie a dog to a chain all day. I see it out my window every day this poor dog a Pit Bull just with sad eyes asking for help. When a person takes that dog and puts them there I wonder if they actually understand what they are doing. If we were to come back as dogs would she want that for herself. A dogs life is precious and they will love you unconditionally maybe somewhere in her life she gained weight and was not loved anymore
