Thanks, all, for the good wishes. The pups seem to have worked out a system already. The two bigger boys nurse first, then, while they sleep, the two little ones take their turn. There's no fighting for nipples this way and Pearl is content to let them take their time nursing. I still can't stop hovering around them though, just to make sure all is well LOL.
