 Buddy did it, too
Our Yorkie usually stays inside, but there have been two times when he rushed out in a mad frenzy. Both times a LARGE male dog-not ours-was standing right at our front door. I've seen this large male dog visciously try to fight other big dogs, but SO far, he has run away. tail tucked, when our little guy chases him. Problem is, the big dog runs so fast, in and out of traffic and yards, and our Yorkie blindly, fanatically chases him like he's chasing a rabbit. Our dog doesn't get outside otherwise, and I don't know if he could even find the way home. Last time he chased the big dog several blocks away, and we drove around in the middle of the night until we found him. It makes you feel sick and your heart race from fear. |
