I would call the vet about this; a fractured tooth won't necessarily fall out, and could become infected. The enamel on your tooth protects the pulp area and once this is exposed could lead to serious difficulties. Are you sure it's a baby tooth?
I wonder if the baby tooth fell out and what you see is the new tooth coming in?
