I would hate for us all to pick one theme and try to stick with it. It is hard enough for some people to find what they want to send, I think trying to stick with a certain theme might be harder for others.
What I would suggest, is someone wanting to do a theme - do it for their own buddy. So Judy if you get a girl for a buddy you could do a tea party them for that little one.
