Awesome. Congrats on the shindig. My attempt to cook filet mignon this weekend was thwarted by horrible weather (it's been raining here for days). However, my craving is too much. Rain or shine, I am going to try to cook something on the 4th. Now if I can convince my wife we don't need to go anywhere this weekend I should be set!
