I am sorry if I am posting in the wrong place. I wasn't sure where to post. Some of you may know that I own a grooming salon and do alot of rescue. Well this lady comes in last week and tells me that she is a "breeder" of "emperial" shih tzus. She had a little girl that is 1 1/2 yrs old that she wants me to sell for her because she has a small hernia. Well I tell her that I only do rescue, I don't sell puppies. She hands me this dog to look at anyway. She wants to have her groomed(she had already attempted it herself and did a hack job). So I start looking at this dog and she has a blue spot in her eye and what feels like a rib that has been previously broken, along with the hernia(which is not an umbilical hernia, but further back). So long story short I convince the woman to just turn the dog over to me. She seems to be partially blind. She doesn't like hyper young dogs, but is ok with more relaxed dogs. She weighs about 6-7lbs but is really small. Not much bigger than my 4lb chihuahua. I have checked with the people on my rescue waiting list, but no one wants to take her on with so many health issues. I have recently inherited my grandmother's toy poodle, and just got captain jack. I would keep her but with those 2 new additions, I really can't afford the medical care right now. If anyone thinks they might be interested in her please let me know. She is a really sweet and cuddly dog. She just needs a good home and alot of love. I will take some pictures of her today and post them this afternoon. Thanks for your help, Jessica
