People here are tearing the gutters and siding right off the homes that people are living in!...they stole the man hole covers....they are going into buildings and cutting out the copper plumbing...they are even waiting in parking lots and waiting til you go in the store and they are cutting off the catalytic converter connected to the muffler.....if it's metal it will be stolen...... |

I'd def report this to the HOA and maybe ask them to step up security in your neighborhood if they can - AND report it to the police - they need to know there are thugs in your hood too ... filing a police report MAY be the way to go if they keep checking pawn shops in your area -
check ebay and craigslist too - you may end up seeing them for sale
