I have the orange en vi and yes i just had it replaced because the usb port where you charge it came completely out of the phone when i pulled out the charger
This is a major problem with this phone. She needs to be very very careful putting the charger in and out also tell her when it is charging she can't talk on it because i feel this is a major problem with the usb connection going bad to much pulling on it while plugged in also a word the car charger throw it away i think this was one of the reasons mine started to get loose it's shaped weird and it messes it up. On the other had i LOVE LOVE LOVE this phone it is the coolest phone i have ever had. There are so many features with it so hopefully they can fix the issue with the charging port.
