You make it sound like he doesn't get hardly any attention at all. I really can't understand or find the reason why you even have him. You've changed it so many times he probably doesn't know where the heck he's supposed to do his business, he's completely confused.

I think you really need to pay attention to the way you're doing with him, if you had a child (which is how I consider my girl) would you put him/her in the garage or a separate room if they had accidents? He's only going by what he's been taught/trained to do so I really think the one regressing is you.

Don't know if this is too blunt, hopefully not .
I actually this you worded that very perfect. I am new to having a dog, new to a Yorkie, but I am a mother of 7 years. I know that my lil Leo is just as my two children are. they require love, attention, and when they are not given what they need they act out. He is no different. He is a baby, a child, a loving being you have taken into your home to love and raise. HOw can he feel a part of a stable family if things continue to change for him? HOw can he feel love if he is put in the garage? I feel sad for him, I feel very upset that someone would treat another living thing in such a disregarded measure.Too harsh perhaps, but I've never been one to not give my thoughts when asked.
Love him, that is all he wants.
