If he doesn't stop to shake over the next day or two, and you don't think it's because he's scared of something then take him back to the vets. My dog starting to shake was a prime indicator of a serious but treatable condition he had called MVD. If it's not hypoglycemia or just a bug suggest a bile acid test to check his livers doing ok.
