I am not just singling her out from everyone else...but I think we all realize how much Cindy thinks of us all, all of our babies (and her own), always is the voice of reason, etc, etc.
Being one of the "planners" is a big task/chore...and I think if there were a few fresh faces to help, I do not see the problem...I would honestly think of it as more of a help and blessing then a downside/burden.
