I'll be watching this thread with interest since I feel the same way about Abby. IN the words of her groomer, "she has a massive coat" I had her thin it out a bit hoping it cut down on the messy look, but no such luck. She's so soft, but her coat is out of control. We have made big strides in brushing. Before she hated it, now I give her cherrios while brushing her and she even lifts her head so I can do her neck and chest
That's huge for us!!!
I so hope that some day she has a nice silky coat. Her parents did.
BTW, how old is your baby? Abby is just over 5 months.
