Gez I haven't had that problem but maybe you could pull the snoozer car seat closer to the window OR put a blanket in between the car seat and the window so she can't fall down there. Also, maybe tighten the harness belt so that she can't fall over the side. Hope this helps or I hope someone comes on and has a better idea.
