A suggestion on the harness would be to keep trying until you find one that your baby likes. I have a few different ones and Bella (thank goodness) liked them all. Her favorite is one that is the velcro vest with the D ring in the back.

I did use a collar on Bella when she first got home with a few bells attached. Then I read on here about the dangers of just using a collar in a house so I just put the bells on her harness. I never let her outside without my being there so I can always keep an eye out for her and she will be micro-chipped when she gets spayed in a few months. My vet said she wanted to wait to microchip her since Bella is so small.
