My puppies shred their pee pads. I went to Pet Smart and bought a holder (you put the pad between this plastic frame) and they still pulled it out and shredded it. We had a tarp with a x-pen on it and if they had an accident they usually went on that. I don't want to look at the tarp anymore and have removed it, but I do want something for them to use. Any suggestions?
