What kind of problems are you having?? Mine have been
1. have to take battery out for about 15 minutes a day to reset phone because it freezes up, no incoming or outgoing texts, can't hear when someone calls or outgoing calls
2. charging port has been loose and would disconnect from internet when hooked up to my laptop.
