Also, the knowledge that the planners will hit the East coast eventually made it easier to decide to wait until it was more affordable. I thought that was the reason for changing the venue? To make it possible for different members to have a chance to attend at least once every three years.
Please don't look down on those who for whatever reason couldn't make it this year. |
I agree with every word you wrote!
If I remember correctly,the KC meetup happened because YorkieFair 2007 in Michigan was such a success .This years YorkieFair got cancelled because they didn't have enough vendors booked.I know some vendors that went to KC chose to go there instead of the Michigan one this time around. They didn't want to do both.I'm sure it had to do with the expense.
