I used it a lot when Gracie was recovering from her LP surgery, it was the only way she could get outside comfortably. Since then, I use it whenever I want to take the girls someplace where I fear they might get stepped on, Farmer's market, flea market, fair, outdoor concerts and festivals, the home store, the pet store....I also use it to sneak them in places, like rest area restrooms! Put a blanket over the top and people think you have a baby in there, until one starts to cry.
