 Mine absolutely do
They can even tell when I'm tired from overwork. There's a big difference in their behavior. They look at me with faces I can describe only as sympathetic, for lack of a better word for what dogs think. They sleep in our bed, and they usually curl up around me, but when they know I'm stressed or sick, they try to pile up and sleep on my chest or my head. The only thing I can think about that is that they're trying to protect me from whatever is upsetting me. |
