[Chloe and Joey]

HELP....

Chloe looked like she had to go to the bathroom so I let her go outside. She spit up then out came a puppy partially

She ran into the kitchen, dropped it on the floor and ran upstairs. I picked it up with a trashbag, brought it up stairs, ripped the sac off, aspirated. Chloe chewed her way through the cord. BUT I think she chewed a bit too much - no cord on the pup and her tummy is bleeding. She is also very small and has whitish spot on her chest, like she isnt fully developed. Should I try to supplement her!?!?
