I'm not sure about imageshack, here's a free program that lets you resize pictures and do other things.
Photoscape : Free Photo Editing Software Download Photobucket let you resize pictures onsite. Benny's a cute name, remember, he still the same dog, just a different look, and probably in a couple days, your eyes will get use to the new look.
