I bought a wire one at a bike store and then I ordered from e-mail a basket cover that is material with a matching pillow so I just put a harness on Teddi and clip her to the wire and she sits int he basket. The material cover is good because when you get to your destination you can pull it out and it becomes a puppy purse!
