Anyway, my son has just phoned me in tears.....the mother just killed the THREE pups she had.....please, can someone tell me why???
They had to take her for a C Section but these pups were fine.....and the mother was doing well too....does this happen???
I know nothing about breeding but am crying here too.....
old english bulldogs are know for being bad mothers. i have heard of several ppl whos dogs killed the pups. most of the time they have to be raised on a bottle and kept away from the mother. i know that sounds bad but from what i understand that i the easiest way to keep the mother from killing them.

sorry about your loss!!!!!!!!!!
