I've had a few of this type of e-mail in my time - my advice to anyone who received an e-mail with an odd-sounding header from someone they don't know, is...DON'T OPEN THE MESSAGE BECAUSE IT CONTAINS A VIRUS!

By opening the e-mail, you've let the sender know yours is a valid e-mail address and you'll be plagued by these spam messages for evermore.

Block all future messages from the sender.
