I would ask your vet, but with my two girls when they get the squirts, I take in a stool sample and get it checked for parasites. I put them on a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken and rice or pasta until the stools are normal for 24 hours, then reintroduce the regular diet. Changing to a different brand of commercial food right now may upset their digestive tracts even more.
