Mr. Big has just started doing this. A couple of nights ago I called him to me by pointing to the floor and putting my finger on the floor. The closer he got to me the closer he got to the floor and by the time he reached my finger he was all splayed out on the floor with his chin on the floor too. I laughed and picked him up. He was so flat to the floor that I couldn't easily get my fingers under him. He only weighs 3 1/2#, and is not quite 8 months. I'm calling him my puppy rug now. LOL He is so submissive when he does this I'm afraid he's going to pee and crawl in it. LOL I don't know what has changed for him. I have a female going into heat but I don't see how that would cause him to act submissive with me.
I have a total of 5 Yorkies and then a neutered Pom and a spayed Schnerrier. Mr. Big is the youngest but not the smallest. His half sister is about 3 oz smaller. I am the alpha here so he's not being beat on by the others. LOL This momma don't allow that. LOL Sylvia |
