I'd def call the vet !! They can tell you what you can do to make him throw up (a Hydrogen peroxide mix works to induce vomiting - but you need to tell them weight and breed etc) or ....get him into emergency if they say to bring him - it depends on how much nicotine he ate
I guess he lived up to his name.....I hope he's going to be ok !!
