Puppies don't have seizures for no reason. It's a symptom...whether the seizure was induced by a physical injury or is neurological. If you can eliminate an injury....further testing would be necessary to determine the cause. Liver shunt and hydrocephalus can cause seizures.
I'm sorry. I know it must be very hard to see him like this.
