Wow.....they missed a tooth, huh? Is it loose at all? If it is loose, maybe you can play tug-of-war with a soft toy. If it's not loose, I don't think they can pull it out without putting her under anesthesia........besides, I don't think you'd want your baby in that kind of pain.
