For a non-donating member avatar sizes are smaller, and I think that's what the problem is. The maximum for a contribution member is 125 by 125 pixels or 53.7 KB (whichever is smaller). I'm not sure what non-contributing member size is, no one ever answers this question, but you could tell me. Just go to the user CP and look where it says "Edit Avatar" go there and it will tell you the size limits. I reduced yours to 100 pixels and 24 kb but I don't know if that's enough, or too much. You need to click on the picture, wait till it starts moving, and save it to your computer and upload it from there if it's within the limits. If not we'll have to reduce it again.
