There was no fixing that cut she gave her dog, it was beyond horrible. I cant even be in the building when she comes back. It was supposed to be redone today by another groomer but she cancelled. Im telling you if this were my grooming shop I would of refunded her money and told her to go elsewhere. People like this cannot be trusted, you never know what they can do to harm you (by their words) You dont accuse someone of wanting to you to not kill their dog because they complained about a bad haircut. Im beyond insulted (its not even about the haircut) all it takes is one complaint such as this to loose everything you have worked so hard for and in this case my 12 year reputation. Im sorry she wasnt happy but she should of came and not sent her daughter who had NO CLUE what was getting done to her dog. I couldnt get any instuctions out of her whatsoever, I had a hard time getting her to just make eye contact with me. I had a gut feeling I shouldnt of groomed this dog, but I went against it because that little dog really needed some haircutting help.. Which was beyond my help Note to self always trust your instincts

I groom Kalina and Matty every 2 weeks and I have them both in and out in less then an hour. I can see on a saturday dogs being at a grooming shop for about 3 hrs but days like this you ask for an express grooming, it costs a little more but sometimes its the little things like this that give one peice of mind. Groomers take more then one dog at a time but when you ask for an express that aloted time is set aside just for you and your dog. Im grooming a new YT yorkie tomorrow as an express grooming
chrissy, i hope you can try to forget the crazy lady who messed up your life at work,... she sounds koo koo.. if i was a groomer, i would ONLY work from home privately... try to put it behind you and keep moving forward..
dont let that one incident drag you down... sounds like you may need to get a new job or do home grooming...i would love to set up a nice area in my heated garage.....i have 5 dogs and would love a groomers sink.. do you need a license to groom dogs?
