I TOTALLY agree! you cannot just jump into breeding like that. And if it's budget you're worrying about have you considered stud fees or the vet fees for little puppies? One getting sick could cost a fortune!
Just keep that in mind! I would suggest neutering ASAP. In the end it'll be a lot cheaper
