http://aprpets.org to request an info pack. When you get it, you can dual register your babies for free. I'm not totally sure, but I think you can only register litters online & you have to mail in for dual paperwork. They are super fast & you get the reg. papers back within a week. Are you a licensed Groomer? We would love to have a Groomer on our Board once I get everything set up. I would also like/need a Vet on the Board of Directors too.
